CompuAssists offers a general technical support service for any technological issues that you may have, be it a problem with your computer, tablet, peripheral device, or smartphone. We will gladly diagnose and repair the hardware or software issues issues that you are experiencing and have your device back up and running in no time. After making adjustments to resolve the problems being experienced, we will comprehensively test the device to verify full functionality and ensure that it is running in top order. Our support service can be performed remotely as well, so if you aren't located near one of CompuAssists' agents, CompuAssists can provide the same level of support, as long as you have internet connectivity! In addition to typical "diagnose and repair" services, we can also perform any of the following services on your devices:

  • External Connection Hookup (Such as printers or external hard drives)

  • Our technical support service is provided at the low hourly rate that you have come to know and expect from CompuAssists (plus the cost of hardware & software).
